Workshops

Our workshops offer a whole life educational system combining time-tested ancient wisdom, insight from both experience and science, and instruction in effective mind/body tools. Our courses are led in a conversational way and are designed to teach practical application of tools and wisdom to the challenges and shifting realities of work and life.
These workshops are generally structured in 3-4 hour sessions. We can accommodate groups of up to 40 participants, although smaller groups allow us to connect our teachings with greater depth and specificity. Let’s talk about how we can structure and schedule one or more workshops that will best meet the needs of your team or group.

One of the keys to empowering ourselves and maintaining sanity through the storms of life is to develop a holistic training practice. Specializing and breaking things down into parts fragments our energy and attention and can shift us out of balance. Holistic practices help us reground and rebalance when we feel disconnected, misaligned, or bent out of shape. Getting out of our heads and into the body helps us open beyond limiting thoughts and narratives. Holistic practices are critical for making sense of fragmented and disjointed experiences to find clear insight and creativity. There are many options for embodied holistic training practices that we can use to uplevel our lives. This interactive workshop offers practical guidance in the following:
Choosing practices and getting started

Common exercise and fitness pitfalls and how to move beyond them
