Whether it’s your first retreat or fiftieth,

includes three planning sessions focused on the following:

  • Getting ready for retreat: Finishing business, vacation notifications, settling debts, etc.

  • Finding a proper location.

  • Gathering all the required materials (study texts, workout gear, trashy novel, etc.)

  • Diet, daily schedule and journal blueprint for tracking progress.

  • Digital fasting

  • Setting boundaries

  • How to avoid ‘cabin fever’.

  • Creating a customized digital archive of guided meditations, yoga and pranayama.

  • How to gracefully exit retreat.

  • If needed you will have 3, 30 minute correspondences with Michael (phone, email or text) should you need support during the retreat.
